 Petr Vabrousek is unstoppable!!!
The Czech professional scored a hattrick finishing FIRST 3 weeks in a row - and we're not talking sprint distance here!
Viennaman Half Ironman in Austria
Vienna is around the corner, so to say, from Prague, Petr's home turf. And the city happens to host a Half Ironman Petr happens to have won twice before.
This time he battled it out on the run against Lothar Leder - and came out victorious once again. So the Czech athlete scored a hattrick within a hattrick.
Bigman Prague
Half Ironman are like appetizers for Petr, so it's not weird in the least that, being all warmed up now, went to defend his title at Bigman Prague Ironman race the following weekend. He came, raced and won! And by the way, the Bigman consists of an Xterra race PLUS an Ironman on consecutive days.
Czech Ironman Championships
Yet another short week later it was time for Nationals, and Petr delivered...again. He didn't just win races three times in three weeks, no, the race crazy Czech has now won the National Long Distance Champs for the 5th time in a row.

IM Brazil: Two weeks after the Prague marathon Petr placed 4th in a hot Ironman Brazil.
PragueMarathon: SLS3 athlete and distributor Petr Vabrousek uses his free time between his crazy IM schedule to run the Prague Marathon - finishing in a stellar 2 hours 31 min and 36 seconds.
IM Lanzarote: Bella Comerford wins again! Stephen Bayliss nurses an injury and cheers for his fiancee.
Florida 70.3: SLS3 athletes Brent Poulsen (7th) and Marcus Ornellas from Brazil (10th) both place in the top ten at this superfast race.

4th place in Brazil for Petr Vabrousek just two weeks after a 2:31h marathon!
Bella Comerford ran to victory in the World's toughest Ironman - Lanzarote, making up a deficit of more than 6 minutes she had on Tara Norton after the bike. Her fiancee Stephen Bayliss was there for support as he had to withdraw from the race due to a knee injury.
 Just one day after Bella's victory in the Canary Islands Petr Vebrousek finished his third Ironman of 2008 with a 4th place. Just two weeks ago he competed in the Prague Marathon.
In Montreal, Canada, SLS3 covered the podium with a second and third place finish by elite athletes Fabrice Hamelin and David Gagnon.
