How do I exchange or return an item?
Exchange, Return and Warranty Information
We guarantee all unused merchandise for 14 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange.
We only accept items in original, resalable condition: New, unworn
Please be aware:
NO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS! NO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON USED ITEMS!
In the event you return discounted items to us anyway, we will decide upon inspection whether we'll send them back to you (if they are in poor condition) or give you store credit. Discounted items won't be refunded.
Buyers are responsible for shipping costs back to SLS3 for their respective exchanges or returns. SLS3 will carry the cost of shipping the exchanged item back out to you (domestic USA shipments only).
All returns must be accompanied by the order packing slip/invoice.
When you return an item, please send it to the address on the packing slip/invoice, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return - for exchanges, please indicate the size/color change clearly to expedite processing.
Even exchanges will only be authorized if the returned item is in its original, resealable condition as determined during the restocking inspection.
Items showing dirt, deodorant marks, signs of use like smells, sweat and perfume or coming back in any condition you would not accept as brand new and salable either (crumpled up instead of nicely folded and bagged with intact hangtags) will not receive a refund/even exchange but will be charged an UNSELLABLE FEE OF 25%.

Damaged or Defective Products
SLS3 offers top quality but also grants a 30-day warranty as of the date of purchase for faulty workmanship and material. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of dispatch at 1.707.893.SLS3 (7573) or send an email to email@example.com.
If a product is faulty, SLS3 will provide an exchange or a full refund including all incurred shipping costs. Please provide a photo of the defective product along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
100% Performance Bliss
We want you to love your gear as much as we do.
To enjoy the form and function of your SLS3 garments for as long as possible, please observe the care instructions given for each garment. All of our products come with a minimum 180-day performance bliss warranty.
Our products contain Lycra®. This delicate fiber will get destroyed when exposed repeatedly to bleach, heat, chlorine and rough surfaces. Please do not wear our products in chlorinated pools, wash hot or put in the dryer. This will shorten the lifespan of your garment, and our warranty does not cover this.
SLS3 will choose to repair, replace or refund any defects that occur due to normal wear and tear*.
*As a guideline the definition of normal wear and tear requires the customer to follow the indicated wash and care instructions. Repeated exposure to bleach, heat, chlorine and abrasive surfaces will shorten the life span of the garment and void warranty.
SLS3 will not repair, replace or refund any product that shows distinct signs of abnormal use or inadequate care and treatment e.g. rips, split seams, chlorine or heat related bag and sag syndrome.
